Not being able to spam sun potions when damage is out of control is a problem.
It's not hellcave alone, sun bundles make all bosses far too easy and detracts from tactical and team gameplay.
Tell me a strategy to kill demonking without sunor 10 sun pot? or maybe 20 sun pot? or wait, your bag is full.
I agree with the team gameplay part. but remove sunbundles is a bit extreme which i do not like. I like smooth updating.
When you already have a game that has damage that is out scaling mitigation lowering mitigation even further is just nonsensical. Look at changing other things first.
Eg. -Mitigation through new skills that required tactics and thought to use.
-bosses that require different tactics other than "hits harder so you have to use more Suns"
There are a lot of options I am sure these are just a few, further changing Suns just exacerbates these issues and of course this change isn't without consequences to class balance....
Not too mention having a pile of loose sun pots everywhere is just plain annoying.
Limit them. No, slowing them down isn't going to help (sun pot delay) because they're still going to "automatically" do it over someone who has to "manually" do it - and they're still going to win over you because they're probably carrying more sun bundles because of this.
If you make it so that every single person is limited to exactly 30 sun pots in their bag, then who gives a **** if it's done automatically or manually? You're both limited by the same resource. If anything, using them automatically hinders you now because you may not have actually NEEDED to auto sun pot. Meaning you're now down 1 potion and they're up 1 potion.
Limiting everyone to the same amount of sun pots would effectively kill off any "auto sun pot script" overnight - because it no longer does what you want it to do - give you an advantage over someone else.
