Getting back my MSN email?

Some **** has taken control of my MSN account and my message logs too. I'm guessing I must have a trojam on my machine for them to get stuff like that.

Regardless what do I have to do to get it back?

Umm got on msn and click help and search password change then change your password and by answering your secret question hope this helps

i can do more than that: what people really shouldn't do is **** around with people like me and leave massive clues as to who they are. I already know who is responsible, and ill be contacting their ISP in the morning via telephone to lodge a complaint.
