Hi me again

Ok iv got my server set up on 1 computer and its all runnin nifty apart from its a crap computer so doesnt do that good for playing it.

The computer is connected to my other computer through LAN. Would there be a way to play the server from my other computer? and if so how please?

Im guessing its gonna b a change to the client and ip's in the server etc, so help on both of them would be appreciated please. atm my server is running on its LAN ip also 127.0.0.3, thanks

Every computer = 127.0.0.1 = 127.0.0.1 - 127.255.255.254

So you can't use 127.0.0.3 on your other computer and expect it to connect to your server 127.0.0.1.

Questions:
Is your mir server setup as 127.0.0.1 all the way? or lan only? or for public?
If it's only for lan, you have to change 2 IP, (tbl_selectgateips and !serversomething.txt in dbsvr folder)
If it's for outside world, is your router supporting loopback? (a lot of routers don't) If not you can follow this thread http://www.lomcn.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=51490

Sorry i messed up lol its 192.168.0.3.
im not sure i fully understand. The mir server is on my computer wer the lan ip is 192.168.0.3, and all the ip's on the server r configured to that IP not 127.0.0.1.
The server is just for personal use only as in 2 home computers.
