lol, the beta test actually seemed like it didn't really do too much other then give the testers an idea of the best route in which to level the fastest -.-Apex/Whiners you have won.

lol, the beta test actually seemed like it didn't really do too much other then give the testers an idea of the best route in which to level the fastest -.-Indeed, an idea like Mampi's is ok and I would concede on access to books, but it's mainly that items are now dropping so much it has wiped out most effort that all the big guilds put in for the last three weeks -.-
I don't disagree with what you say about boss hunting, I'm just not convinced that the drop rates have been "ruined" to quite the degree that everyone seems to be saying they do. That and I took issue with the general stupidity of the thread anyway. Normally I try and ignore threads like that but sometimes it's hard to resist :PNo one is saying we go uncontested? It would be very boring if we did. No one is saying people shouldn't be making gold whilst being able to level or have access to book drops. People are taking issue with the rate at which they are dropping, the way they have improved the mass drops from mobs is nice, a good source of gold for those who need it. But after the patch a rediculous amount of items have dropped, they could atleast make them drop from subs rather than normal mobs but that isn't the case. I have never said people don't deserve to get items but what is the point of bosses if the same or similar drops are accessible through normal mobs that appear to be dropping at a better rate, if we are catering to people's playstyles then please do tell me why people hunting bosses, gaining no exp and spending alot of money on pots should be worse off than people leveling in both items and exp. Don't even get a nice title if you kill 100DD's which seems unfair
It's not about it being like euro, it's about it being a supposed low rate which has flipped into a mid-high rate since the patch. Leveling on here was fairly quick but in the 40s you hit a big slowdown (level 44 is 10 times level 41), the current item rate is just silly.

If they really were broken they shouldn't be ingame at all - I do remember a discussion about Lionroar being pretty OP back on AceM2. Not sure what happened in the end. Do people actually have it yet to confirm that it still behaves that way?
My main gripe is all the work I (and others) put in has been made redundant, it's not a nice feeling even if it is only a game -.- . Also I'm at work, bored stiff cause nothing to do, most sites and forums are blocked but I can get on Mir Chronicles (you know the important one) and get my fix whilst not at home :x.

Well they did say they were trying to make it more modern, I guess they did so by releasing a patch where everyone gets better gear really easily, kind of like Blizzard do for every single WoW patch lol

I believe this a cry to apex. Leave it out, they weren't the only people who voiced their opinion on drops, there were other people included too.. Nothing major has ****ed anything up, a few semi rares big deal! Im sure the team have something a lot more better in store.. Just you wait!
I don't think anyone believes the game is catered to Apex and no one really cares even if it is, they need the help. When lvl 30 weaps have started springing up at the current rate it was obviously going to cause issues, because it means there was no point hunting bosses etc for the last three weeks. The fact that now leveling is currently the preferential item/cash making option to boss hunting eliminates a significant aspect of the game. Sure if you go a boss you may get that DSS on a 0.0001% drop rate but it would be much easier to go farm 30 weaps and get a high level at the same time.
Remove the need for boss hunting, you remove the desire to pvp (as most people only want to fight for gain ie. Boss drops), and where is Mir without pvp?
Pfff the majority of wizards have such poor MC that standing in firewall is like taking a nice warm bath.
On another note, I logged in to see what was going on recently, mostly people afk leveling spells or chatting in SZ.
So I decided to kill some Frost Tigers, I received the usual crap, also bumped into 2 Giant Keratoids together :O, not sure what was going on there, maybe I interrupted them.
I then logged off and received a phone call regarding the nights I am working next week.
That is my life story as of the last 15mins, thank you for reading.

My last 15minutes someone challenged me to write with a pen in my mouth because it's so hard to do, so I put a pen in my mouth and picked up another with my right hand and began writing, wasn't too difficult in my opinion.

Might as well make this server hr now. Seems to be the direction its going. Every patch things getting easier. I liked this server was low rate and it felt so good to get a lithe bow. Mining 1.6 mill to buy it. Getting a d ring and silk boots drop felt good. Stop making everything this game easier

The drop rates have been changed wot..... coming up 2 days now?? and alrdy from 1-2 CHM ingame there is now meant to be around 15??? Deva and shinsu there close to 5+ of them now on tm and rez also.... hunted izt other night and had rez drop for our tao was over the moon as guild now had a rez'in tao..... 2day I log on there 4 in tm alrdy???
The thing is, the staff might actually have a reason for changing the drops, it could even have something to do with the big 2.0 update. They may even introduce lots of new items to make the ones now dropping feel like the new Coral/DG
skills should be given on Level up anyway, and D Rings ect should never of been as rare as they was.
I voiced my concern about drops, however my concern was they didn't mirror euro Mir and seemed to be copy and pasted from each cave.

Spent three weeks hunting bosses to get these skills. Now that was all time wasted.
That is why people are annoyed.
