before listening to (has to be said) mainly team and changing first floor no rts in fox cave,did you envisage the difficulties now endured for wizzes to tame pets?

To get 5 pets you literally now need to run a gauntlet of foxes damage/pkers..time taken in getting pets if your lucky has trebled(without pkers):hopelessness:..not jut talking lvl 40+wizzes here..please re introduce rts on 1st,or move tameable wizz pets to a different location..totally unfair to wizzes as per normal..thx in advance for nothing. tbh its not all about a FB is it?

Lets be honest, 1f on here is hardly a mission to run through. Euro used to be packed full of mobs in there, and people had no problem there.

Spawn the frogs outside the cave instead of foxes allowing wizzies to get a couple before going in.
Sounds a fair compromise to me.

Learn to stun mobs as you run through and kill the very few you have to. Good pets aren't supposed to be easy to get. Esp when you can keep em nearly forever

So, maybe the issue was that these pets were so readily available for very little work, and this has actually fixed that.

This is all to make room for future updates... If FB is so easy to get and is such a good dropper, then what would be the point in attempting to hunt else (that would have been potentially harder) for the same reward?

Same goes for wizard pets, we need to create a desire/need for the newer content... What is the point in taming anything other that blue frogs? Well blue frogs are pretty hard to come by, so it would be easier to tame x.

If you had read my post....its not about blue frogs only.....a lower lvl wizz attempting to tame red frogs for the first time is going to be dogmeat without rts....total lack of thought for lower lvls..but i only highlighted this..if you dont think its a problem....lol...unlucky lower lvl wizards i guess

Put the lower level frogs outside instead of foxes, that way it helps the low level wiz, but doesn't get changed to what the higher level wiz are easily capable of taming inside with a bit of patience and skill.

adjustments that are not needed getting most peoples backs up (apart from the know it alls on here)make the second floor harder yes but unfair making the first harder for lower lvl wizzies
my 42 wiz is now a store char just cant be arsed anymore ,supposed to play this game for fun

How ever did you manage on euro where you could never rt in foxes, pets untamed faster and no way to extend the time? Wiz had it a too easy and now you have to work a bit.
I dont see you saying put red frogs outside which s a solution for the lower levels you only say you have not got an easy life any more
If you cannot manage tactical play using the scenery,shield temp shock and taming all in the same couple of minutes maybe play something with fewer buttons to press.

It did need changing.
You just want an easy ride like all wizzy. No effort lots of show off. Have you tried askin for a couple of guildies go with you to help tame. They get some exp you get some frogs and you offer to take em levelling for 30 mins as a thank you with your kill too much too fast pets that you keep till reboot.
This promotes group play which Is a good thing
There are not nearly as many mobs on fox 1f. Maybe next reboot they up the spawn.

Those blue frogs have been proven to be the best wiz pet around, they hit like a train from the other side of the screen making them great for pk or bosses. Of course they should be harder to tame. Why not allow red frogs to spawn outside the cave and blue frogs on 2f?

i would enjoy some pets that did hit like trains unfortunately they flinch only until LRd.Put them where you wish many higher wizzers don't even tame them. I tame for the exp run/possible orb/protection .Can take out a grp of 6 foxes with my acquired wiz skills no prob but I can see how Team wizzers would struggle and unfortunately lower lvl wizzes.

Rts should remain disabled on 1st, fb way too easy to get to considering how well it drops, particularly as it's a piece of piss to kill. Cant say im surprised to see a forsaken member moaning that fv is now harder to get to, which i'd say is the main motivation behind the OPs change request.

As mentioned, keep rts disabled on 1st but put red frogs outside the cave/more of them in the ent. Maybe consider doing similar with blue frogs but these pets are awesome and a group of them are devastating, so it should be a challenge to tame multiple of them.

Finally hokus, your 'totally unfair to wizzies as per usual' comment is laughable. Wizzies are hardly a disadvantaged class on here are they? You yourself just said you dont struggle taking on 6 foxes, yet there arent many classes that can say that.

It is a stupid change. It was something fun for lower level wizzies to do now their odds of being Successful have been greatly reduced.

I see what your saying but my wizard is only 38 and I honestly don't have an issue with taming my frogs there. RT was definitely a bonus, but it really doesn't hinder low level wizards obtaining their pets, just more of a challenge. E-shock is your friend
