Hes implying that the person who currently has swampduck, now feels like hes about to lose it (to the original) so has gone on a pk spree and is using up all the GG on the account and then offering to give the char away.
I'm guessing the insinuation is that the server team got it wrong and thus gave an account to someone who shouldnt have it.
But lets face facts, The character has been used by more people than your average hooker, they will all have had some claim and i'm sure they have sold it on time and time again the money never going to the original but to whoever had it last.
To the player.
This sort of behavior really is childish and pathetic. apparently I am both of those things so for me to call you out on it, damn things must be bad.

Captaincaveman has shown me the email trail with the Chronicles team and whilst I can see your point of view on the situation, does the creation of this thread really seem like actions of the legitimate owner of the account?

The character Swampduck and the account it was on was all originally created by me. I allowed my brother to play when avatar got banned.
surely this would have been common knowledge tongue people you where in a guild with? I don't remember it ever coming up in guild.
Which guild would this be in and who are you?
I think you were from Apex but not sure on the character name.
Most of my chat is done talking via TS. I rarely chat in-game. Most of the members who were on the hunts I managed to attend knew about it, Jez, jackuzzie neo etc etc...

On a serious note, this account has been passed around more times than a doobie. It was always going to end up in a mess.
