    Phoenix Server OGs – Anyone remember the Elite vs. 5th Element wars?

    I always enjoy reading through others' memories of Phoenix server, good times! Game has changed alot since then, no-one can seem to create that server with longevity/spark for me and with the cash cow servers every couple months its hard to keep peoples interest.

    Coming from crystal servers I found it difficult to begin with but you find where the target box is pretty quickly and becomes almost second nature.

    Similar to that of Diablo, as you progress your own level the world around you levels with you? At least that's how im understanding what you're describing. I like the idea and keen to see this develop.

    I found the old 1.2client on a old LOMCN post that someone had ripped from the old italian install disk, there were some old sounds on there which I wasnt even looking for which could come in handy but none were the Oma Warrior unfortunately.

    Cheers mate, appreciate the help but thats the one from current files. The original Oma Warrior had a really long grinding type noise, difficult to describe.

    If my memory serves me correct, back in pre 1.2 days, the Oma Warrior and Boars in ST had a different sound file, is this still knocking about anywhere? Have filtered through the search options but not finding anything Probably long-lost now

    Testing probably deters a lot of people. Seeing an 'active-user- count would probably attract more if there's a few playing. Looks really good!
