Yes Erik is right i had same problem with my HD4870 using lastest 9.6 xp32 drivers i went back to 9.4 xp32 all was fine again :)- labrat2

I think the IP ur using is wrong for local IP its 192.168.0.1 & if u want it on net then u need find ur ISP IP- labrat2
