As Unlucky mentioned the server is more polarised now than ever, as smaller guilds are never going to give up a permanent 30/20% buff to form a large enough guild to take on SW, only then to get less of a buff.
With Jamie also confirming that official alliances will never be part of the game...
What about being able to select the element but there's a cap to any one element from hermit (say +30/50 or whatever)? This then gives a big boost to new players while giving higher levels the choice to then have a 2nd specialisation or carry on with just dc/sc/mc after the cap.
Defiance - as a warrior I do feel this needs a rework. It basically makes us invincible at anything below max while remaining squishy in high end content, forcing people into a set progression. Not sure why it was changed from the original system, but the old increase in X-X AC/MR felt better...
