    So it seems to me, from getting a wiz and tao to 40 and currently working on a warrior to 40, that there aren't really many places to level/grind. What I mean by that is, places like Bug Cave. High respawn rate, decent cash, pot drops to sustain your hunt. What makes leveling feel slow I think...

    Then they shouldn't PK lol. To counter that there could even be some kind of reward for PKing a 'dark vendor' or someshit. That sells killers items to help them PK, but which also increases their bounty lol.
