I had the same problem SandStorm87. What i did was: Start > Run Type dxdiag hit enter Goto the Display Tab Where it has DirectDrawAcceleration click Disable click Ok. Close the window and try Mir again. Remember to turn it back on when you've finished :) HTH /Tomo

This might be worth a try. Start > Run Type dxdiag Click the Display Tab The Click on Disable DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3d Acceleration... Exit There is probably an alternative permenant fix but that works for me. /Tomo
