Hey guys, i recently found out about Lineage 1 (a very Mir-like MMORPG from a similar era). According to ChatGPT Mir and Legion were the two powerhouses of that era and that kinda of .. style?I met someone IRL and he mentioned it to me, I think i'd heard the name before but never really looke dinto it.
But judging by the screenshots it looks very much like Mir, and it seems they have an active and passionate privte server community dedicated to keeping the classic version alive (like we do with Mir2 here)
I was kinda surprised that it didn't have a dedicated forum section here tbf. Did anyone play it? Just curious to see what it was like, what was good about it , what was similar / different than Mir2?
I plan to try out a private server of it when i can but ATM I only have a Mac so it makes it a bit more awkward to just download and play... so I'm just curious if anyone here has heard of it / played it and their thoughts on it?
