    If it helps, I was online in the morning and had zero lag issues. At exactly 13:13 the weird lag we spoke about, started happening and stuck throughout.

    I found the source of the problem and told them it, they should be able to fix it. It's why spells such as FW and tbolt were scewy.

    Can confirm that places like BC and ST are overtuned damage wise - especially BC I remember that being a key spot to lvl in as a noob warrior, can't even touch the place, and imo euro caves need a lil buff in terms of exp. Nothing major but... yeah. I don't mind mobs being a little more...
