    i fixed it, it was the envir (half translated) the item db wasn't a translated version so it didn't match the envir. i used the Chinese original envir and it works

    thanks a lot all ips are set to 127.0.0.1 but theres no OBDC or SQL set up. i want to make sure the server runs without setting up SQL and OBDC. does it work if i only test ei_20061128.exe without running DBserv and LoginSrv?

    can you make a NPC script that creates items from scratch and adds them to the database. character bound upgradable items (sets) I'm thinking of. any script that replaces GMs is good i think
