    you need to add the map to your map info table, use the same name as the map thats in your map folder think capitals are also important so use the exact name you see in map folder. follow the trend of other map settings for the rest of the info.

    experience in 2.3 is capped at 4 billion any higher and it bugs the player not allowing them to level. suggest instead reducing your exp rate multiplier and dividing the exp per level by whatever your multiplier was set to, players will see less exp but technically level at the same rate.

    password will be the same one you entered when you installed the sql server service, if you dont remember it then easiest way is to remove the service and re install, tho i am sure there might be other ways to reset the password if you google it.
