    Open the map using a map editor, save to bmp, edit the map image and resize it 25%, import the resized map image in to the mmap.wil or what ever its called.

    You could use the robot set for every 2 mins to teleport to a map using a flag. So yes it can be done.

    He would have to connect either using your internal ip (192.168.0.**) , i think or just connect using the global ip that others would connect, 127.0.0.1 will only work from your pc.
