    try a different usb port maybe? If you plugged it in and it didnt auto recognise the software/cam then just change USB port. Although it depends what OS your on.

    right click on the file, edit the name, and put in a pile of random letters, and click off it, its icon should look like an unknown file now, then right click and change the name again, and put in "woool.exe" Should work.
