hae you follwed what has been said in this thread http://www.lomcn.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?53383-TD-s-server-files-in-one if so you should have no issues with the mongen table in the sql database as i used to run my server on these files. im not saying you wont have to edit anything there...
im using your files and currently redoing all my scripts etc making the server hopefully better than before. and i know you are still developing them which is great. but im waiting to put them up as i want the fox cave mobs working first as i have various quest related to that area and so forth.
crusade 1.9 was originaly done by niss. i then took over with hosting crusade 1.9 and made crusade 2.3 which then got made into bandet 2.3 which is now waiting on decent set of 2.6 files to relaunch bandet again.
do you mean the mob exp rate. then that will be in the monster db.
or do you mean the exp required to lvl. then that will be in the exp.txt file in your files.
or you could look in the mir.exe once you load the server and change the exp rate in their i cant fully remeber which tab you need...
as far as i'm awear thedeaths file had foxcave already in the mongen file and the mapinfo and the movemap files in sql as i used to use them files for bandet but dont have the sql files anymore so cant check them.
if not then you will need to add these manualy which is a ***** of a job unless...
sorry that dosnt help much what i ment was whos set of files are you using (I.E TD's Fiiles etc etc ) that way we know which files you are using and can then maybe help.
for insect cave add this to the mapinfo.txt at the bottom of the file.

have you checked envir mon drop files to see if all the evilmir.txt files are in it.?
prob with insect cave is that you may need to add the cave entrance to the mapinfo file i had this issue once on some set of files.
i think you change this bit in the setup.txt not 100% sure mind you.
