    yes m8 the fake rme is in d10071 and gives the oil then you take that and heart to rme on map d10062 which then should check flag and finish quest.

    in the link you have lifco has released his client and crusade client has been released they are both 1.9 download one of them use the mirconf.exe and make your own exe you can find out how to use that by looking for a thread called the one thread you will ever need in the m2 section

    hiyas it has nothing to do with the isp not letting you block the port. it will be on the router you may have to get the manual out and have a look for port blocking and i beleave you are useing a voyager router and i dont know their setup that well.
