    there being run off 2 seperate comps on 2 different lines actually so that isnt the problem. its an sql issue as we keep saying and frankly its probably something as simple as a bad line in a script its just finding it. A lot of the systems have been removed and once i can get the last gates...

    humm i'll consider that, but never had this issue with it before so not sure why that would cause the issue. If that was the case she must have it keep going from the 1st - 2nd skin and back again every few seconds?

    what you expect me to do? magically figure out what it is and fix it? I havent had this problem beore so no idea what it is, i've been doing loads to try and figure it out and you accuse me of not being fair? At the end of the day if the players wont help me out by telling me what is happening...

    Ok on cd keep getting a db error, says something like [SQLEngn] Exception raised at execute. I suspect it's a mon causing the error but no idea which one. Any idea's/ suggestions on how to fix please guys?

    Ok links updated, redoing data part 3 as the link is still broken. Launcher patch linked as well, although the server isn't online yet. If I do make a second server will use the same client data so you will be able to connect to both servers on the same client, will just issue a launcher patch...

    Well I'm hoping it is up on the host soon. If not I might have the second line setup soon, recieved the modem/router yesterday so just a matter of time til the line is active. I may even set up a second server once the X16 server is up and running, maybe a x32 or x64 server etc. Will see how...

    That is part of the reason for the weeks beta testing. I'll be giving a few people levels/rebirths so that levelling can be tested thoroughly and people can see what it is like at different levels. I know before a few people were complaining that it's harder to kill higher mons but for not much...

    exp rate ix x16, x1 gold, items and mons. Server isn't up yet but doing files ready for when it is. I'll check the links in a bit when I get a chance, they should be working as only just uploaded them, if not I'll redo before the server goes live. No launcher patch yet as haven't got the IP yet...

    The server will be open for anyone to test who wishes to. Although I probably will wipe after the weeks testing as there may be a few people given levels to test the higher area's etc and as such wouldn't be fair to keep the server unbalanced that way. Ok for now I'll post download links here...

    Ok guys just an update for you all. I've taken Hallmat up on an offer to host for me. He's setting up the server pc at the moment, and as soon as it is set up and online I'll let you guys know. I'm just putting the client together ready for uploading, and once that is done I'll make a new post...

    i figured out what it was, sql 2005 can't work properly with the programme files compressed on the hdd. Decompressed the files and works fine now lol.
