  2. Major Problem

    Everytime I start my PC up (WinXP) and log into any of the accounts, it laggs, dosn't show start menu or icons, and shows up weird UserInit crap on the task manager. I've managed to open up the task manager, then Run and made access msn/internet/lomcn. Any ideas? Here's screenies, thanks...
