    Maybe it sets games to windowed mode? Try changing in options to Full screen mode, also what games? If it's just one game, it could be the game.

    Download driver checker on what ur using now, use CD / USB / MP3 Player / iPod etc to transfer it over. You'd need to know what sound card he is using and then type that into google followed by "driver download" or something similiar, this is what I'd do and I fix all my own problems. Good Luck!

    I'm on 20mb and I get what's in my sig but actual downloads mostly depend on their bandwidth allowance, urs, if a torrent, seeds etc so not just your speed, I get 50-100 kb/s off filefront but using fileplanet i can get 700-800 kb/s, different hosting service.
