only way to make the npc approach fair is to give leader of defending guild a flag that enables him to use that npc 2 (it will take a bit of tactics though..certain grps with recall set and so on) important is to get that flag cleared after war....

u need other gameinterface wil/wix files (i guess u using the korean client which is not fully compatible with 2.9 server files)
try to get some updated files for the client of the other servers around
yup i got all coords for the archers but u cant place them by the npc though...they appear if u manulay add them to the file and restart the server...but if get killed u cant place new ones!?
regarding the entering palace problem i use a little trick for entering it during sabuk war:

placing archer through the sabuk officer wont work on my server...

has somebody figured out if it is working to put patroling routes for mobs in the spawnfiles like it is possible on euromir now?
is it working outside the char window 2? i got it working only in inventory and char pic but u wont c it outside...i guess weapon files greater then 4 r not supported with current server.exe
dont delete all of the db then..delete and reimport only this tables: monster, stditems and magic
or make your changes directly in mssql server
also u could adjust your access odbc connection to the mir3 db to alter the tables in mssql server as well

atm i put race of mobs with ranged attack as catapult/balista race but u cant c their ranged attack then
dunno if attack gfx of siege equipment is already supported with current serverfiles

its more related to euromir but should work on almost all ei-servers as well if mob settings r not dramaticaly changed (standard mobs)
