I think the best thing would to do is get a decent power supply with enough watts for future proofing. 900/1000+ psu will let you just slap in any future gpu.
My issue now is that my 750 Watt psu won’t let me upgrade to any 40 series card. So personally i think its better to invest on a better...
I think the only difference with the clients that were sold was the language the PDF Manual was in.
There's a few free online tools to translate PDFs to English.
The CD Itself has this written on it: (The cd was sent to me from Italy, More specifically a flea market stall)
Turns out no PC in the house has a working cd drive, expecting an external cd drive/burner to come today via Amazon. Should hopefully have the client files ripped by the end of today.

Best advice would be to start off visiting PCPartPicker, they have pre-builds but the option to also make your own config.
Once you've done that it will tell you if everything should work together and then lists the cheapest price online.
