    Windows Defender is blocking the exe from running. Either add a Firewall/Defender exception or just turn it off. Same goes with any anti virus software you may have installed e.g. Avast/Mcafee. You'll then need to redownload the client exe as windows would have removed the exe.

    Pirate it like most of us do. Guide - HowToGeek I don't see the need to purchase a license for windows 10 when I instantly loose it if I start changing components inside my pc. I can live with the watermark and can live without changing 10% of the settings.

    I completely agree, I've played Mir servers for years and loved it. Up until late 2019 when I stopped. I got tiered of the bs. To get that same Mir enjoyment I used to I just sit here tweaking server files.

    Maybe. You can change the libs so a different file type and replace any .lib in the code to the new file extension. But all players would need to do is mass rename the files back to .lib
