    Char is Black and ppl cant create accounts

    ok i searched and i searched but i cant find anyone on here thats had this prob, upon load up of char select screen, i can see the map, but the character is Black, O.o, and also a mate is tryin to get on ma server to make a test char but cant, is this coz its in test mode or wot O.o? any help...
