    it wasnt a bad server and there isnt any other servers online now is there? no. if you want a reliable server go to p69, RZ, bandet but you looking for fun and it was so why youre all *****ing confuses the hell out of me.

    Ok been experiencing back problems for more than 6months. need some exercises and that to help strengthen the lower and middle back. and i know that i have to even it out by exercising the core too. any help would be great and no spam thanks.
