    theres always risks once u get into ur car by going over the speed limit wont change the actions of drivers around you, speed limits probably reduce risks but ull always get some 1 that doesnt check his wing miror and pulls into the next lane, and no matter what speed ur doing ur not gna stop...

    yup ridiculous isnt it so many things u can tweak on the policy that changes the price from ur address, where u park over nite, most policys judge ur char by its size and power rather than its speed.
