    I noticed a couple of things that may prompt an answer from someone: Some of his directories/folders have titles with spaces in them (eg: mir folder) There are several users on his PC and the file locations are within c:\documents and settings\etc\etc\etc..... Ring any alarm bells with anyone?

    Yes It could be the usual marketing companies spamming you like they do through your post box, I get these all the time (icmp pings). I suppose the real question is can you block all icmp without blocking access to mir players? some routers/firewalls will do this :)

    You can answer most of that in one go - has he played a mir3 server before from his pc? :) If he has the problem is most likely server side since the client files are exactly the same. Though if he's running a firewall you could check the mir3.exe has access to the internet. If all that's ok...

    Probably silly question but are you are trying to connect using the same PC as the server is hosted on? If it's another PC in a network you may need to open ports in firewall(s)/router. I'm sure myself and a few others would be happy to remote connect and check everything out for you if need be :)

    Isn't that covered in the releases section? But yes it would be nice if more people shared their work and if there was a special area for released general Dev work and scripts, I would add to it :)

    Lag is not entirely based on the speed of connection but more on the quality of the host PC and the Host ISP.

    Strange one this - the char lvl in gam3g, character_tbl is set to int, the char limit is set to 1000 in CD3g.ini I have no problems with any limits on stats, they all save fine however the character level seems to have a problem. I can make a GM lvl 256+ and it saves to the character_tbl fine...

    I've been messing about with "humofhuman" command and other things, I'm trying to create my own script for humber online so that certain things will only run if > xx number online for instance. I've tried searching LOMCN but nothing found to help me. Any pointers in the right direction...
