    If they're missing then the mobs agility may be naturally too high. AC/AMC shouldn't effect TDB any ways. Try removing some agility or chucking on a bunch of accuracy onto the warrior and re-test.

    No you're correct, they've always shared the same timer to prevent multi-casting of either. Blizzard is meant more for AoE slow utility, Met is just pure damage. Choose between the two for different situations :P
