    hmmmm have u got a network at all? make sure ur firewall is disabled and any other prograsm which blocks ports. 2nd make sure that ur mirsetup.ini n mir.ini are right with the ip number. also make sure that if u r playing the server offline the ip is 127.0.0.1 n if u r hosting it to public make...
