I think the bottle neck with things like TDB are good. It allows more oportunity to catch people on the leaderboard if you get a lucky run. RNG dice rolling makes things more interesting.
Would it be considered cheating if we used a tampermonkey script to display what items drop where and what their drop % are?
It doesnt tamper with any player values at all, its just reading from public data that is easily searchable with a bit of knowledge.

If you are running out of content then make tiered versions of each location. Another idle game i play does this really well without having to make new maps and mobs every week to keep up.

I don't think you know what "Pay 2 Win" means. You are selling items ingame which give an advantage over other players. Even if they are not the best items in game, they are a stepping stone to making it easier to obtaining the best items in game.
