    thats roughly what i had cept my cpu is only 993 mhz XD was laggy as hell, however, i do have another pc on the network i dont use. if someone knows how i can use that for server and client on this one id be greatfull if youd pm me.

    im only keeping it local not sure how to change ip etc to allow it to be open to other ppl, but that error message seems to have gone. how long does it take to load map files? its taking ages :S ==edit== it all seems to have loaded now, wish me luck

    i copied the maps over from the client into the server folder, the !setup.txt line that asks for map directory is pointing at this copied folder. is te !setup.txt file in mir300 the only one which asks for the map directory?
