    Thanks for the suggestion, mono. That proxy option wasn't checked unfortunately. I moved the launcher to a different folder, ran with Admin, checked all the options and settings that I could think of and still nothing. I'm on Windows 10; maybe something else wonky going on. I may try to run in...

    No files or folders to delete. It didn't create any or download anything. Unless I'm being completely dense. Do I need anything else in the folder other than the launcher.rar?

    If you consider giving items and helping people level by doing so on his own legit. leveled character by killing mons accessable to every other player on the server, then I suppose you're right.
