1920 x 1080 issue

When I set the above resolution and I run down the screen the bottom of the screen flashes a black bar. Is there a fix to this, other than trying other resolutions?

that is the end of the map, I think the only way to fix that would only be to put in more map. Its only a bit off putting on some of them I find.

I encountered this issue, changed the resolution as it was so annoying.
