Ive installed the holley updates to 48, sql seems to be connecting fine (changed the sql p/w in holley cfg)

but it just hangs here when i run server,

reason im continuing with this rather than job files is because of the closeness to euro mir.

Server now running good and files translated...

but... gameguard stops the client connecting. ive read other old posts about letting autopatch connect etc.. to update gameguard then swap back exe's but now euromir is gone i have no way to patch it :/

will someone elses client work for me to connect ?

i would upload my gameguard folder but its 1mb and too big to upload here.

you can simply use anyones gameguard folder, aslong as its updated. so just get someone to send u their folder over msn.

Thx for that Farril, but still no joy :/ gameguard still blocking me.

rebooted several times, tried 2 different mir exe's.
Anyone got any ideas what i could try next ?

shortcut to mir3.exe should have -c -u after the target to skip game guard.

have -c -u -n on it


edit: i formatted hd and re-installed everything after euromir went down. Is it possible that gameguard would write to windows registry when it first updates ? Maybe thats why ive seen in other threads people have let gameguard update then swapped exe's back after euromir patched it.

its the only reason i can see why it keeps blocking me. tried a few different exe.s now also, same thing.
