A better way to have done this is this... Pick your 20 people and keep contact with them... Open up 2 guilds and have every other person joining randomly assigned to one of the two guilds... Have them report any bugs they find on the notice board of the guild page and leave it there unless its critical, then you could always pm a GM... Then have the staff log on daily and read the board... Simple and effective idea I think. Could also reward the guild that contributed the most at the end.
On the upside a few of the testers seem to be doing pretty well.
