A few questions:-
1.Does 14-40 DC (43 sin wep) come under the same tier as the 14-43 46 sin wep (as in is it equivalent to luck)
2.How does agility work? When I left nobody used it, now everybody is (as in how does the ratio work, how much agility do I need to avoid certain attacks, and what’s the ratio of Accuracy to agility for hits not to miss)
3. How does slow work, how much slow do I need on items to notice the effect of it (also does A speed effect slow)

Nobody has the accurate luck > dc gap information.
Acc / Agil = % to hit.
Apparently max is 5. you want 3+ to notice any benefit on bosses.

any plans on cheating again? seem to be a few running around with something new. funny you should show up?

1. I'd say they will be probably identical to luck. Go for a slow on a pair of razors before you begin to bene them up though.
2. Agility vs accuracy is simply % based.

So a warrior with 17 accuracy, will hit an assassin with 23 agility;

17/23*(100)= 74% of the time.

A warrior with 21 accuracy, will hit an assassin with 36 agility;

21/36*(100)= 58% of the time.

Agility is your best friend and your worst nightmare. You'll tank 2 warriors one minute, then the next you will get 2 hit acting like you're a beast.

3. Slow isn't affected by attack speed, or so we are led to believe. Slow1/slow2 are pretty appalling, once you have slow3 and upwards its great for levelling and low level bosses. There are very few high level bosses which don't have decent PR resistance.

Slow isnt directly affected by spd but the obvious benefit is the higher your spd the more hits you are going to get off, which gives more opportunities to land a slow hit. Same with PA.

known cheaters should get a negative speed buff if they are melee and a negative agility buff if anything else.

When we first started kitting slow Sam mentioned that slow per unit time will not be affected by speed. In that as your speed increased, the chance of slow reduces, so a speed 0 warrior would slow someone just as much as a speed 7 for example.
