Am i Banned?

Hi there everyone,

I've recently started playing mir2 again and all went fine till i reached lv28 on my acher. I donated some to the server to get xp pots, so i can catch up with my friends in lving since i dont have that much time as them playing the game. A few days later i'm getting disconnected more often and recently i needed a new account activation?

Please help.
