another m2 server problem

Can you guys help? my friend is new to mir development and im kinda stumped with the problem he is having.

In the MapQuest.txt there is something about ghouls at the buttom. Delete those two rows.

Right, I changed all that was said above, but when I create an account at the login page it won't let me make a new char, I click the "ok" button and it's as if nothings happened. Also, am I meant to have an "account" table in my DB?

Nah iv changed the mapquest.txt, that bits fine. But it won't let me make a character =/.
