xD just make a shortcut to your shutdown.exe in ur system32 folder and add some of the folowing prefixed:

-s to shutdown
followed by -t then the time in seconds
then -c if you want some text in the box..
e.g.:

target: c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 120 -c "ImaCow"

This will shut the computer in 2 minutes and say "ImaCow" in the message box
