Can anyone explain? Questpettoken/Skill Levelling

Okay just a couple random things about the sever I need a little clarification on:

Pet Renter Quest:
Is this bugged? got a couple of chars with an unuseable, unsellable, undroppable questpettoken, On some chars (who've completed quest, it's taking up bag space.) On another char, who's completed requirements for quest, cannot accept reward (a blank spot in bag apprently)

Skill Levelling:
In SZ (Taoist Camp) I've had the SkillNecky effect before (x3 to skill points) Why did this happen and why is it not happening now?


Other than that, very much enjoying server so far

Although, did you have to rename EVERYTHING. Making for some very interesting conversations with people... "Oh yeah that's a MinotaurCommander not an Ice/ElecMinotaur"xD

The reason for your spells leveling faster in the past but not now was because certain torchs where giving the wrong stats. For example the DC MC SC torchs was giving the dc 1-1 mc 1-1 or sc 1-1 depending on your torch aswell as the x3 spell lvling that the knowledge torchs gave. This was fixed the next day and is most likely the reason u was confused.
Also if u obtain a Knowledge Torch and wear it you will level your spells at a much faster speed almost like u had a skill necklace on but it loses durability while u wear it so its not a permanent perk ( use it properly you don't want to waste it ).
