Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong place but thought this would be the best place to post.

I'm having issues logging in, well, creating a character.

I can login by typing and using shift key (mouse clicks dont always work). To get to character screen i have to use alt+enter for full screen or it just freezes on "connecting to character select".

Once in i can't press any of the buttons in normal or full screen unless mouse pointer is in wrong place AND i rotate display through 90 degrees therefore I am unable to create character.

I've got on another computer and created character but even when in game on my own netbook, my mouse cursor has to be a good inch below whatever it is I'm trying to click on to actually do it.

I'll try and get some pics uploaded.

System (this is my netbook I use when away with work):

HP Mini 210-3000
Gfx: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
1.66Ghz Intel Atom
1Gb RAM
Windows 7 32 Bit

Things I have tried:

Deleting Mir.exe and starting game through patcher
Deleting all chronicles files and redownloading (numerous times)
Changing screen resolution
Updating display drivers
Reverting to old display drivers

Can anyone please help!! Or should i give up and install windows on my Mac?? lol

Cheers.

This is what I mean by where my cursor has to be relative to objects...

right click/propeties your exe, there is an option along the lines of scale resolution.
untick it.
Infact untick everything except run as administrator.

Yeah it is the same in windowed mode BH.

Cheers Razarus but no luck. Everything was unticked so tried ticking it in different combinations and running it in different compatibility modes and nothing was different! :(

The only thing I can think of is your screen size as its a netbook and the way your graphics card is processing the images.

Have a play with your graphics card settings and see if it makes a differance

Could be, I used to play project69 on it and it worked fine but I know the gfx are different on chronicles. I'll have another look but getting bored of looking at gfx card settings haha. Cheers though BH

What resolution is your laptop running at? And what do you have the client running in?

I have experienced this sometimes on my laptop when I have the client set at a resolution that is higher than my actual max resolution (if that makes sense).

Yeah all of the above issues still. It will still only login to char selection on windowed/full screen mode too.
