What OS is it.

Also if you do a genral search on google for I386, you can download this and use this to install the PRC pack. You can also use an XP I386 folder to install the PRC for windows 2003.

The server company really should have gave u the I386 folder already so have a look on your server for it first, it that fails i would ask them directly you never know what could happen if you use a outside source, if all else fails then you know as mapa said lol
