Morning, just got a new Windows 10 laptop. Have added the Zircon to the exclusions list and the zircon.ex to the exceptions on the firewall. I can launch the app and log into the character screen no problem at all.
the problem is when I click start game, it wont connect to the server "Connection time out".
any suggestions please?

panic over. realised that AV has deleted a load of files before I add the exception. ran the launcher again and it's repaired the files.
