Client keeps crashing

I’ve made my account and character and when I click start it crashes keeps doing it over and over

All was working when I’m test mode but now it isn’t... when I click start it loads and gets stuck on black screen but half of the other screen is the desktop

thats the lowest afaik, then you can work your way up... to find one that doesn't crash
