[2.3] Cooldown for Qfunction command?

Hi, is it possible to have a cooldown for a Qfunction command, so say @stats or '9' would give acc+6 for 5 minutes, but after those 5minutes, they couldn't use it again for 10 minutes or something?

Well it was just a general question as more than one set of files use qfunction and I just wondered if it was possible.....

I don't know if any others use custom commands though? As for the subject, I can't think of a way to do it, personally

Rubym2 use qfunction. Kk, didn't think there would be a way, worth askin though.
