Try using your global IP for both IP's in the regserver part, if that does not work try to use your router IP for instead of both of the IP's in the regserver part.

The problem is with the regserver, the regserver is needed to run the files, and the chinese coded them that way is because they were going to be only selling the files, and they would of been the only ones to be able to let you connect to the regserver, but now that we have it, we also need it so we could run our servers, only difference is that we can do it ourselves, and dont need to depend on the chinese. The NoPayment message, is sayng that you aint connected to a regserver, and assumes that you havent paid for the files.


Anyways, check the regserver IP.
