They are those outlook files that store your data.
Are they still in use or have some companies banned them?
IT services don't even support them or accept tickets about them. They just want Service Desk to do it all but half the Service Desk don't know what they're doing because they take call after call with something different every call.
MoD say it breaches their policy of IT to use them.
It is a bad practice to use pst files.
