Empowered Purification - needs looked at

Empowered Purification

At lvl 0 it can purify 3 people every 20 secs.

Each level adds 1 more person and 10 more secs cooldown therefore

At lvl 3 it can purify 6 people every 50 secs.

Its therefore more efficient and (and more beneficial) to leave it at lvl 0.

Can you have a look at this please?

You sound retarded, what kind of spell gets nerfed as you get better trained at it. Maybe inverse it and increase it's cooldown at a lower level and slowly decrease cooldown with the training of it (if necessary) or just leave it at the large cooldown permenantly.

It currently adds cool down for each target effected, will review before reboot if I have time.
